GretagMacbeth Eye-One Display Calibration (Calibration is key - just do it)
Sekonic exposure meters - damn good - I have the L-308S, L-358 and the L-558R - invaluable tools
JOBO rotary film processor - for slides and color negs - I still do b&w by hand
