Awesome distortion, detail and clarity are great. Love the people in the background.

Awesome photo - great grey and blue colors. I also like the new site design.

Cool shot into the bean. I really like how the floor makes a big grid that is distorted in the reflection. I don't know why, but I think that grids can be really cool. That thing is so shiny!

About this metal film: you have me real interested now. What kind of stuff is this? I'd like to try this myself sometime, but I have to know where to get it.

Yes, there is something about having prints in hand. Cool shot!

Joe -- Kodak makes a film called Endura -- it's awesome -- metal film -- especially if you're shooting b&w -- or something like my night shots -- it really makes he tones / colors stand out .. and shimmer ... should be available most anywhere...

Love the blue sky and blue tones throughout the shot. Great lens to.

I'll order a calendar as long as it does not contain any night shots ;)

Maxx -- what night shots? :-)

comment by bob at October 11, 2005 09:13 AM

I hope you know that I'm getting a calendar if it contains ONLY night shots. :) Too bad you don't take those....

I like this use of the "Don't-Crash-Into-Me" convex (or is it concave?) mirror for this...at first I thought "Fisheye!" and then it became apparent that it wasn't. :)

Wow Bob..that is just great. I love the distortion. At first I thought it was some potrait shot with a wide angle lense...but realized its a reflection in globe. That's so wonderful! Is this the closest we get to a self-portrait? It's odd how via the blogosphere, we often have no idea what the ppl look like who we communicate with every day.

Again, great job!

I am,
