I take her to all her doctor appointments. Alison doesn't like to take her when Mae has to have shots -- I don't like it much either, but the fact is Mae is tough as nails - she brushes it all off like it was nothing. The last time we went the nurse went on and on about how the shot Mae was about to get would sting and hurt like hell - and Mae would scream her head off - and I should really hold her arms down (Mae's not the nurses). I gently held Mae - she sat there looking at the nurse after the shot as if to say, "is that all you got?" -- that's my girl...

It's Thursday -- almost home to the weekend. This has been a very tough week for me - I'm getting a little burned out with the baby gig every day. There's no time to do anything of substance -- there's no Bob & Alison time - it's all making me a very dull boy... The good thing is we decided to have a babysitter come in so we can have some adult time out on the town... This is hard work - managing a Fortune 5 company was a piece of cake compared to this...
