Yes, I know -- this has become a site all about my relationship with my daughter. I can't help it - I spend a lot of time with her - and I'm kind of getting use to it.

She loves the playground. I taught her how to use the shovel to move sand around, and now she spends a goodly amount of time getting herself dirty - and she comes very close to falling asleep on the swing. I love spending the time with her...

It's Memorial Day Weekend back home -- I miss Chicago a lot this time of year - Navy Pier - the Art Institute - Michigan Avenue - Taylor Street - Wicker Park - on and on and on... but hey - I have plenty to keep me busy and very happy here -- but it's okay to feel a little homesick - right?
