Shipping things from the US to Canada sucks - hard. I bought some film from Adorama (film I couldn't find here) - by the time it arrived, Canada tacked on another 25% for some silly-ass duties. PLUS - it cost me 46 bucks to send from NYC to Toronto - what's up with that? I can send the same damn box from NYC to LA for less than 20 bucks, and NOT be hit with duties. It's enough to make a film guy go digital - okay, it's not that bad -- but man oh man. I'm going to have to fly to NYC one weekend and load up my suitcase with film. Good Gawd, man.
