Day's End

I will be taking some time away. I just don't know when. I have such an addiction to photography, I just can't seem to stay away. It's pretty much been that way my whole life. I was one of those kids who would sit for hours looking at images anywhere I could find them - long before I could read. Years later, I'm still the same way, but I do have an equal affinity for the written word -- but if I had to choose -- no doubt, I'd be looking at images the rest of my years.

I managed to finally accomplish some chores at home - fixed the dryer in the laundry room - took Lainey for her grooming (she looks groovy) - cleared off my dining room table (covered with cameras and film - go figure) - finished all my laundry - changed the sheets - walked Lainey - and bought my very first wet/dry vac (I suck as a handyman - but I'm trying). Not bad - and I managed to finish a roll of black and white film I had in an old camera...

I have a few new lenses for my view camera -- I'm excited -- I'll be working in large format for awhile. Of course, I always keep a 35mm camera handy, too... So, stay tuned...

A new week in front of us. Should be interesting. Enjoy.
