Windy City

In case you're wondering - I shot the recent Chicago shots with a 15mm lens - I love it. I simply shot some awesome Fuji film - and took it in to the local drugstore for them to process and scan for me. I proabably could do a little better with the scans -- but I like them just fine. In fact, the prints just look awesome. I normally don't get prints - but I've been shooting TONS of Polaroids lately - and just love seeing them - I even have little books to put them in so I can see them whenever I want. Yes, I can see them on the screen - but there's something about about having something tangible - or tactile - to get the real sense of accomplishment. I find it very satisfying...

I'm working on getting out the prints I've promised to several people - I should have them prepped and out the door soon. I was going to print them on my printer, but I want to see how well the lab does. John printed some images on metal film that are just out of this world -- so -- I'll be doing the same - so the prints should be spectacular...

Also -- I've decided to try my hand at making a calendar this year. No, not to make money -- but to just see if I can do it. We'll see -- I'll set it up so you can order one if you're interested... Stay tuned...
