Launching Pad

Okay -- I'm going to make this post official - not THE official return post -- that comes tomorrow. I just wanted to put my usual touch on the image - I love words as much as the images I see all around me...

This shot was taken on the night of the last full moon - and exposed for almost 600 seconds at f/6.3 using my 10-22mm lens. What a wonderful night it was, too. I came away with more than a dozen images to show you over the next several weeks.

If you click on READ MORE - you'll get more detail around the design and programming behind the return of No Traces -- I'm eternally grateful to Alison for the design -- and my programmer (who wishes to remain anonymous and is a master coder) - fantastic job by both of you.

The new place just feels good. Things are working as they should have all along. I'm looking forward to using FUTURE POSTS - and there will be a few improvements along the way - there just wasn't enough time to get through the entire wish list - but we came damn close!

It looks like things are starting to sort themselves out nicely - and everything seems to be working just fine. So - I'll officially launch tomorrow, which means - (for those of you who follow along closely) - I'll most likely post something up later this evening.

I've decided to make this a 5 day-a-week gig - with the occasional Saturday post thrown in. I REALLY enjoyed my time away. I recharged my mental and physical batteries. I dragged my butt back into the club to work out - I cleansed my soul and mind of things that simply were not good for me - and I found that love does exist - something I simply cannot get enough of...

I'll save the rest of my thoughts for my upcoming post - but suffice to say - I've not been this happy in a very, very, very long time. I believe it has a lot to do with the realization that no matter what happens in my world - I will find a way - a path that's clear...

See you tomorrow!
