I see this tree mostly in the winter. I don't walk around the lake much during the winter, there are too many crazy snowmobilers. So, I take the dogs through the woods -- as I did the other day. I thought it would be fun to photograph my most favorite tree with the Lomo. I suppose it turned out okay - but a view camera would be so much better at capturing the magnificence of this beast. I still get the shivers looking at it...
