Keeping things in line with my Lomo-at-the-lake-with-the-dogs theme... I'm a huge fan of cloud formations. When we arrived at the lake, the sky was virtually clear - then, these arrived about 15 minutes into our walk - a real treat for me.

I experienced my first night photography last night. I went out with John from Orbit 1. We had a blast -- an absolute perfect night. I know John will be posting several of his images soon. As for me, well - my D70 had to go back to Nikon for repair (stuck pixels). So - John taught me all about film reciprocity - interesting stuff, for sure -- but man-oh-man does it take a long time for an exposure! John took a roll of my film home to process and scan -- we'll see what comes of that. Great night - I'm a bit tired this morning -- thanks, John - you're a great friend and teacher!
