My city is inORDinately obsessed with its Calder which is pretty much the same as this one, only it's about a thousand times bigger and mind warpingly orange.
This is part of some art project thingiemabob. Honestly? I don't pay enough attention to know why there are a hundred or so of these little Calder rip-offs positioned all over the city. Each different. This, so far, is the only one I like because it's interactive.
