Everywhere you go in Havana you'll see old cars. Classics. I've been told that collectors of these sorts of cars are salivating at the opportunities that await them if the embargo is ever lifted.

I love seeing the cars, but I hate the pollution they spew into the air. It made my throat and nose feel raw from breathing it all in. What's worse, the cars are held together with wire and duct tape. This photo shows a pretty common situation -- Cubans ready for a night out, car breaks down, someone gets out and fixes the problem, and off they go - usually with a thick cloud of choking smoke behind them...
