I'm reading a book - Cutting for Stone by Abraham Verghese -- really a great read - I'm half way through...

While we were away, I typically found time to read once the girls fell asleep - quiet blanketed the cottage. One evening I found myself reading, and then re-reading the following paragraph:

...you'll remember a man went to the sage, Ramakrishna, saying 'O Master, I don't know how to love God.' ... "And the sage asked him if there was anything he loved. He said, 'I love my little son.' And Ramakrishna said, 'There is your love and service to God. In your love and service to that child.'"

My belief is we do not find books -- books find us...
