My friend Joe stopped by recently. He's one of my best friends - one of those friends you may not see for a good while - but when you do see each other again, it's as if no time passed... That's what I love about Joe -- and -- he was kind enough to put up with Hurricane Mae and three wild-ass dogs while he visited. He gets a gold star for that...
