I'm back in the club working out - I needed to get back - before I had to start shopping at the BIG & Average Height Men's store... I just hate putting on weight -- I hate it -- but beer in the summer is just soooo good- right? And - it's August 1 -- so time to cut out the beer - and get serious about looking svelte again. I'm guessing by Thanksgiving I'll look good in a Speedo - maybe not... :-)
