Work of Art
In our house, someone is always working on some sort of project. What you see in this photo is from Leah's food project. She's obsessed with food, which is sort of strange because she's thin as a rail - but she sure can eat! She made this ice cream sundae from scratch - and with her Play-Doh set -- the best 15 dollars we ever spent! She even thought to put the mini-napkin on the plate. Pretty creative. The best I could come up with was a blob with two eyes... To experience Leah's restaurant role playing is a real treat... Tomorrow marks five years of posting images on No Traces. Five years. Hard to believe. I thought long and hard about retiring the site -- but instead, I'm working with a good friend to re-program and re-design everything... I'm guessing things will be up and running by June 1 or so -- but in the mean time I'll keep posting. I'm enjoying sharing a little part of my world -- and right now it's really all I have time for -- photographing and sharing my daily grind... So -- I think I'll see if I can make this a ten year project. As I look back through my entries (I think this one is 1101!) I'm amazed by all that I've done over five years. I've been around the world a few times - I've met a lot of wonderful people - I've shared - I've learned - and I've lived... It's been -- well -- my life... I have no idea what the next five years have in store for me -- that's kind of the magic of life isn't it? - you just never know if there will even be a tomorrow -- but if there is - I hope to share a little something from my tomorrows with anyone who decides to stop on by... thanks so much -- I do appreciate it...
