We've been the social butterflies as of late. We met up with Bill V. and his lovely bride - and the HolgaBoy. They showed off their cool iPhones and made me insanely envious - made me ALMOST wish I was back in the US (I think the iPhone may make an appearance here in Canada in about 5 years - and even then the Canadians will charge me an arm and a leg to use it the way it's meant to be used)... I'm always happy to see fellow Americans. We can sit and complain about Canada, and we can talk about the reasons we didn't take over their land, too :-)

We have more guests coming in this weekend - I can hardly wait - one of my most favorite people in the world (oh, and her husband, too :-) ) I just hope she doesn't try to talk me into skinny dipping again (how many of you can say you skinny dipped in The Bay of Pigs? Hmm? - and under a FULL Moon - pun intended)... It's true -- that's what happens when you have a few mojitos with lots of great friends...

I'm way behind with scanning. I think I now I have 15 rolls of film and several boxes of slides - and about 10 rolls of b&w I need to process. I'll catch up sometime - I just like taking photos too much...
