Henry

Well. The house is clean and ready to go. I found an old scanner stuck under a dresser, so I can scan a batch of Polaroid shots I've taken over the last few weeks. I'm going to be so sad when I'm down to the final pack of Time Zero film - there really is nothing like it. I'm sure we'll use a lot of it while we're in NYC.

My Realtor is coming to take photos of my place on Sunday. Then, I really don't have much going on until I leave at the tail end of next week. I'm not sure why I didn't plan on leaving sooner, but I'm sure I'll use the time to take a few more photos around the neighborhood - oh, and ride my motorcycle! Maybe I'll head up to Horicon Marsh up in Wisconsin. It's an amazing place with lots of great birds. Maybe I'll stay in a little hotel I couldn't get into last year.

I'm rambling. It's so strange to actually have time on my hands. It feels good, but I have to admit there have been times when I wanted to pick up the phone to see how things were going with my old account.

I'm taking out my eldest for her 25th birthday tomorrow. She made a reservation for one of the coolest places in Chicago - it's pretty hard to get in - but she pulled it off. We should have fun.
