Best in Show

What was I thinking? It must be the full moon. I ordered a pizza tonight (don't remember seeing pizza in my workout diet anywhere), and a six pack of Coke. I had four pieces of pizza AND not one, but TWO cans of Coke! I'm bouncing off the walls right now. I'm crazed, I tell ya -- I have 'Dude looks like a Lady' cranked up on iTunes (the portable Klipschhorns I picked up for my new system just ROCK) - and I'm buzzing like a mad hornet in a jar on a hot summer day... what the hell??? TWO COKES... man... To top it off, I can see the full moon from where I sit. There are even pretty clouds in the sky to go with it. The moon will be OFFICIALLY full in 2 hours and 55 minutes. Am I going out there? Not a chance. I'm SICK of the cold weather - SICK, I tell ya. I'm staying in. I'm going to ride this buzz out with Aerosmith. (Back in the saddle just just cranked on -- how appropriate - the lyrics: 'Riding in to town alone - by the light of the moon - I'm looking for ole' Sukie Jones - She crazy horse saloon'... Oh yes, Coca Cola knows what they're doing --- I'll probably be up for the rest of the week!

A little info on this photo -- taken with my Holgaroid and Type 85 film. I scanned the negative on my Epson 3170 (lay it right on the glass, and lay another piece of glass on top of the neg to keep it in place) - the problem is the negative is WIDER than what I can scan - so it's cut off a bit. Screw it, I don't care (did I mention I feel a little crazed and burned out?). I like it just the way it is. Reminds me of a photo out of one of those detective magazines I use to read when I was a wee lad. Poor Lainey -- she puts up my photo jones -- she's a keeper - she's my Best in Show...

Oh - a few more things. If you have a Mac and want a really good mouse - check this out. I have a piece of crap Logitech MX1000 I'll leave out on the front porch for anyone who wants it. Oh -- and be sure to get one of these to go with it. (Thanks, JP - it's a dream to work with). That's all for now. Carry on.
