Technically, the moon was full this morning -- it's a bit past -- but there will be outstanding light tonight. Count me in. Should be a bit nippy - but I could use the solace the night brings...

If you do go out tonight -- keep the moon out of the frame - find some cool structure to include - and start your exposures around 120 seconds (iso 200 - f/4 or f/5.6) - focus on infinity - be sure to use the WIDEST lens you have -- and work from there. Okay? Okay... I'll be out late - I have 6 fully charged batteries and plenty of storage cards. I would say I'm taking some eggnog - but I had a wee bit too much last night - I was bad... really bad... Have fun!
