I'm just now getting back in from another fine round of night photos. I intended to stay out for just a few hours -- but man oh man -- the stars twinkled -- the moon was beautiful -- then the fog rolled in -- and I just couldn't help myself -- I was out for almost 5 hours. A guy can do a lot of talking to himself during that time. I find it all very, very therapeutic. I'm not sure if I solved any of my issues, but I do have to get a few more batteries, that much I now know.
The ice you see sitting there - about the size of a VW Bug. Just for perspective. A wonderful sight to see in the moonlight.
While I was out there, I saw 3 deer, 1 racoon, 1 skunk, 1 Great Horned Owl, and one BIG 'ol opossum.
